Bernard Rogers & Co was founded in 1993 and currently has over 20 staff based at offices in Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.

We are passionate about helping businesses grow and work primarily with clients based in Warwickshire and the surrounding towns.

We provide reassurance and support to start-up businesses, advice and growth suggestions to established small and medium businesses and tailored tax advice to individuals, ensuring your accounting affairs are looked after in an efficient and focused manner.

All our business and personal tax clients are allocated a Client Manager, who have many years experience in the profession. They are all professionally qualified ACA and ACCA accountants and are supported by an excellent professional and administrative team.

We pride ourselves on the quality of advice and service we provide, which is reflected by the long standing client relationships we have and the number of word-of-mouth referrals we receive. 

Whilst we have been established for over 25 years, we embrace technological changes within the accounting industry and work with clients on cloud based systems, providing us with real-time insights in to your business.

David Rogers

managing Director

David has overall respsonsibility for all clients across the firm. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then spent 3 years working in Corporate Finance in London

Bernard Rogers

Director

Bernard founded the firm in 1993 and has a particular interest in software and engineering companies

Adam Wyatt

Accounts junior

Adam joined the firm in 2020 and is working towards his ACA professional qualification

Amanda Wiltshire

Admin Assistant

Amanda joined the business in 2018 and is an administrator based on reception, assisting the team with client related matters

Accounts Assistant

Caroline supports our bookkeeping and accounts clients, working across a range of industries

Cathy Weir

Bookkeeper

Cathy primarily focusses on supporting clients with bookkeeping and VAT return preparation

Chiara Giovannone

Accounts Trainee

Chiara joined the firm in 2023 and is working towards her ACCA qualification

An FCCA Qualified Accountant with over 20 years in the profession, Conal joined Bernard Rogers & Co in the early 2000s

Client Manager

Darren qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the 1990's and has worked at several well known practices across Warwickshire, joining Bernard Rogers & Co in 2019

Dawn Walsh

Bookkeeper

Dawn joined Bernard Rogers & Co in 2020 and assists clients with bookkeeping and VAT return preparation

Duncan Cameron

Duncan has built up a wealth of experience in his 20 years specialising in taxation. He enjoys advising clients on more complex areas of personal tax such as trusts, capital gains tax and inheritance tax

Based in our Stratford office, Kirsty looks after bookkeeping and VAT returns for a wide variety of clients

Laura has worked in payroll in practice and industry, bringing significant payroll expertise to the team

Lindsey Jones

With over 18 years’ experience, Mandy is the first point of contact for clients at our Stratford office and manages the office on a day to day basis

Paige is our receptionist a Kenilworth, greeting clients and looking after various administrative tasks

Ryan is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, managing the client base at our Stratford office

Accounts and Payroll Senior

Sarah works primarily on limited company accounts and also supports a number of clients with their payroll processing

Sue Maxted

Tax Admin Assistant

Having previously worked on reception, Sue moved across to support the personal tax team and clients in the Summer of 2024

Tax Admin Assistant

Tanya supports our tax team, as well as filing confirmation statements for our company clients

Tom Barber

Client Manager

A qualified ACCA accountant, Tom worked at another local account firm for over 10 years, before joining our team in 2024
